Target 2020: Nation moderne et industrialisee
Seulement 11 millions de travailleurs soit 24.8 % de la MO VN a un « haut niveau scolaire ».
Au Ministère du Travail de jeter la première pierre :
“Une lacune de main d’œuvre qualifiée retarde les efforts afin que le Vietnam devienne une nation industrialise et moderne”, ambition programmée pour 2020.
J’aimerai reformuler la phrase :
« Le Vietnam ne sera pas une nation moderne et industrialise, tant qu’elle n’aura pas une main d’œuvre qualifiée. », voila ca passe mieux.

These are enormous sums considering Vietnam’s budgetary deficit.

Je pense que le développement de ce pays est inégale. Avant d’investir dans les technologies de pointe, il faudrait peut-être améliorer (développer ?), les infrastructures de base.
