Ce post n' a d' interet que pour ceux interesser par le webdesign, ou je caricature 2, 3 de mes idees de debutant.

Lorsque je parle de ma reconversion financièrement risquée de webdesign, la première chose que j’entend est « Ah oui mais il y a plein de tay et viet qui font déjà la même chose ». Ce qui est vrai, mais ils le font mal. Loin de moi de me faire des ennemis alors que ma boite n’ est meme pas encore ouverte. Mais soyons sérieux : toute personne s’intéressant un temps soit peu au webdesign, verra qu’il y a de la marge, et un trou a faire, a tous les niveaux.

A la différence des autres, je ne veux pas faire de jolis sites web,mais des sites qui marchent !  Ce qui veut dire explicitement : aider le biz (du client) a faire de la tune.  Un site qui ne fait que décorer le web, ne sert a rien, sauf celui qui l’ a dessiner.
Tout le problème est de définir « comment » le site va aider le biz, son but et quelle sera l’échelle de mesure.

Dans le cas normal d’ un blog le but est la renommée, et l’ échelle= nombre de visiteurs +references externes ( nombre de lien entran)t.

Dans le cas d’une gallerie en ligne, le but est facile a définir : Allécher le client et l’ aider a acheter votre came le plus simplement et surtout rapidement possible. Le but est clairement personnifié par le bouton « Acheter ». L’ outil de mesure sera le nombre de vente.

Dans le cas d’un resto, spa, boutique (sans gallerie marchande), le but sera que le client marque l’ adresse sur son block note et/ou compose le numéro de téléphone afin de booker une table, séance, ou vous contacter pour des infos, au mieux débarque au point « J », qui est le biz. La mesure sera les bookings, les ventes sur site ou delivery…

Et la vous prendrez peut être compte de la massive erreur des sites web qui ont les coordonnées en tout p’tit, généralement a la fin de la page.

En parlant de spa, je viens de finir un petit site a petit budget, pour un petit spa. Rien de très méchant en terme d’esthétique, mais il a remplit sa fonction : Etre assez convaincant pour transformer des visiteurs du web en clients. Le site est fini depuis une semaine, a ete annonce dans un forum vendredi dernier, le spa est deja booke pour toute la semaine alors que l’ouverture officielle eu lieu aujourd' hui.

Je vulgarise afin de ne pas vous ennuyer, mais je n’ invente rien : il y a des regles de marketing qui s’appliquent au webdesign, la plus connue étant AIDA (Attention , Interest , Desire , Action), etant utilise en masse sur le web ricains, vous la connaissez deja sans le savoir, les sites de 37signals sont de très bons exemples, et il y en a plein d’ autres.

AIDA ne resoud pas tout, c' est juste un bon starting block. Il faut du testing. Un must serait de carrement faire un survey sur les comportements des utiliseurs du web au Vietnam, afin d' avoir une base de travail... Qui peut me pretter un cyber cafe? ;).

Maintenant je retourne la question Y a t-il plein de tay et viet qui pensent déjà a la même chose?

A ceux qui reprochent mon blog (qui techniquement n’en est pas un) d’être futile, puérile, pas sérieux, machin, et ceci, et cela…
Je les invite a aller relire la presse locale et internationale des 3 dernières semaines. Et qu’ils se posent la question : Si un mastodonte du barreau vietnamien, même avec une renommé internationale se prend ce qu’il s’est prit en l’espace de 2 semaines (même Hollywood ne fait pas mieux). Alors combien de temps les mecs ont besoin pour réduire a silence et a néant un petit tay ? Faites le calcul.
Et puis entre nous : il faut arrêter de demander aux autres a jouer a Zorro a votre place. Et a parier que les memes qui demandent de jouer au Supa Tay, vont pas bouger le petit doigt (le clavier?) lorsque vous serrez dans la mouise.
