C’est la crise !
A la TV, ils disennt que l’année du Dragon, les Chinois vont encore pondre leur enfant unique et faire plein d’autres truc. Mais j’ai remarqué une tres forte diminution de l’activité de batiment. Ils ont plus de tune ou quoi ?

Normalement, l’hivers à Hanoi c’est la saison du bâtiment ; tu ouvres ta fenêtre le dimanche matin et tu écoutes les bruits :
- Zzonn Zzonn… le vibromasseur à béton
De l’autre coté :
- Clang, cling, clang… le livreur de briques xếp gạch kiểu “solé”
- Tack atcak atatak la perceuse du plombier
Cette année, rien !
Ils sont tous partis habiter dans les 70 + 2×50 étages de tours KeangNam ou quoi ?
C’est vrai qu’il y a pas trop de lumière à 9h du soir dans toutes les nouvelles tours ; j’espère que c’est pas construit à crédit ?

Y en a un 2eme la semaine dernière (tueur de boutique d’or)
Le délire, c’est que les 2 mec sont mineur ; 17 ans, alors ils ne craignent pas la peine de mort, c’est maximum 20 ans de prison.

The people’s court of the central Binh Dinh Province today sentenced 24-year-old Van Tot to 25 years’ imprisonment for the rape and murder of a 62-year-old woman.

Van Tot, a resident of Hoa Thuan hamlet of Tay Son District’s Tay Thuan Commune, was also ordered by the court to pay a compensation of VND106 million (US$5,000) to the victim’s family.
According to the indictment, the victim discovered Tot chopping trees on her farmland and had a heated argument with him.
In anger, Tot grabbed a tree branch to hit the woman with and pushed her to fall to the ground. Recognizing the woman was too weak to resist, the man sexually assaulted her.
Fearing the woman would denounce his crime, Tot dragged the woman towards the bank of a stream and beat her to death with stones. Then he dug a hole to bury the body in hope of destroying the evidence.
